net loss of USD 21.99m, or USD 1.80 per share, for the 3rd
Q of 2007, on an average of 28,153,538 common shares
(12,222,812 in 2007).
Operating income was USD 49.13m,
compared with operating loss of USD 15.31m in 2007. Revenues
were USD 71.09m, compared to USD 51.19m recorded in the 3rd
Q of 2007.
For the 9 months ended September 30, 2008, the

provider of worldwide seaborne crude oil and petroleum products
and drybulk transportation services. The Company operates:

A fleet of 7 double-hull Handymax tankers,
with a total carrying capacity of approximately 0.3m
dwt, of which 58% are sister ships. All of the company's
tankers will be on time charter contracts with an average
term of two years.

carrying capacity of approximately 0.3m dwt, of
which 70% are sister ships, which have fixed rate
employment contracts for an average period of 30 months.
