the Emporiki Bank credit facility

Top Ships Inc., listed on Nasdaq (Evangelos J. Pistiolis, president & CEO), announced that it has obtained a waiver from Emporiki Bank until June 30, 2011 in relation to the breach of certain financial covenants under the Emporiki credit facility.
