Establishes a new subsidiary, the shipowning of “Superfast XII”

Attica Holdings SA announced the establishment of a new wholly owned Greek subsidiary under the name Attica Ferries Maritime Company with a capital share of EUR 38.005m.

Attica Ferries Maritime Company is the new owner of the vessel “Superfast XII” which was acquired from Attica’s wholly owned subsidiary Superfast Dodeka Inc at book value.

Attica Ferries will deploy the vessel “Superfast XII” from spring 2009 in the route Piraeus - Heraklio.
